Best way to raise the level of Education the America is to change the system into a two equal party eduction Democrat or Republican Schools.
Let parents pick public school, according to values that the parents embrace liberal or conservative.
Then we can see, as each compeat fairly for higher scores on tests of their students.
Parent pay hig taxes and have no control over the values their kids are taught
This would be fair to parents who don't like liberal or conservative values to pick there preference instead of a wishy washy blende mess that we have now.
The Republican school will teach, creation theory, abstinence and virtue, that marriage should be between a man and a woman.
Boys and girls will dress in uniforms say the pledge of allegiance with the words "One Country Under God" will be free to pray in school and read their Torah, Bible or Quran at lunch time.
The students will have physical fitness and must play ball at recess.
The classes may have mixed aged students and won't leave kid behind in the 3rd grade by going to fast too soon, till the whole class will do team work to help each fellow class mates catch up.
Advanced students will be free to move upward in grades so they aren't dragged back by the average kids.
The other choice school values and curriculum with be called Democrat schools.
They may have to share campus at some time but will certainty wont mix up agendas and
and teachers or classrooms.
The children at these democrat schools can wear what ever they want boys cab dress as girls or vise versus, no dress code.
The kids will be learning Darwin's theory, how to use condoms, and the being gay is OK as longs as you get special privileges and take away other people privileges and freedoms.
These children will have Brark Obamas, Nancy Pelosi and Hillery Clinton on video explain the liberal values they must learn.
The will have health clinics when young girls may get an abortion at school and teachers wont care if the kid have sex in the parking lot as long as the use condoms.
THEN WE WILL SEE HOW EDUCTION REALLY WORKS .
AND see improvements that can be measured.
